Students, if you are interested in going on the James Project trip this year we are excited to have you join us. However, we have limited spots available on the team so please sign up as soon as possible. To reserve your position on the team we will need your signed permission form and payment. The James Project is not just a one week service opportunity but also involves a high level of preparation in the weeks and months leading up to the trip. Below are the list of dates and times for the pre-trip meetings that are crucial for the success of the our team. James Project attendees must plan to attend all pre-trip meetings. The meetings will involve both team building activities and trip planning and preparation to maximize our effectiveness while away.

Sunday April 28th - 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Sunday May 19th - 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Sunday June 9th - 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Sunday June 23rd - 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Sunday July 7th - 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Sunday July 21st - 8:30AM - 12:00PM dedication and send off during both worship services.

Saturday July 27th - 1:00 PM - Meet at the church to depart for Arrowhead Bible Camp

Friday August 2nd - Between 3:00PM-5:00PM - Return back to the church
