Pastoral Leadership
Serves alongside our pastoral staff to gain hands-on ministry experience, practical leadership coaching, and personal mentorship. In this role, you will assist with service planning, pastoral care, and discipleship while learning the day-to-day operations of local church leadership. It is a immersive opportunity designed to bridge the gap between theological learning and practical ministry—equipping you to lead, serve, and shepherd others with confidence.
Kid's Ministry Leader
You understand the importance of imparting a solid spiritual foundation at a young age. In this key leadership role, you will recruit, train, and encourage volunteer teams, select and implement gospel-centered curriculum, and ensure a safe, high-energy, and welcoming environment every week. Ultimately, you will partner with parents to disciple the next generation—helping kids build a strong faith, know the love of Jesus, and have fun growing together.
Worship Leader
A Worship Leader shapes the musical and spiritual culture of our church by guiding the congregation into authentic, Jesus-centered worship each week. In this role, you will select gospel-centered music, lead rehearsals, and mentor, recruit, and disciple our team of musicians and vocalists. Working closely with the pastoral team, you will design engaging weekend services that foster a welcoming, prayerful atmosphere where people of all backgrounds can encounter the love of Christ.
Production Lead
A Service Production Intern works directly behind the scenes to help create seamless, distraction-free worship experiences each week. In this hands-on role, you will receive practical training and mentorship in audio engineering, lighting design, video production, and slide presentation systems. Serving alongside our technical team, you will assist with weekend service execution, setup and teardown, and equipment maintenance while gaining real-world production skills designed to support and elevate the ministry of the church.
